A Different Kind of Coaching
Cardinal’s work defies categories. She’s not just a singing coach or a life coach—she’s a voice liberator. Through her private sessions, group experiences, and keynotes, she helps people move through pain by accessing their voice.
“I grew up being silenced,” she explains. “Years of abuse taught me to stay small. But once I found my voice, I knew I had to help others find theirs.”
Hard Beginnings, Holy Purpose
Building her brand wasn’t easy. After shutting down her salon to pursue her calling full-time, she faced homelessness with her daughter. Her spiritual conviction was the only thing that kept her going.
“God told me to keep going,” she says. “Even when I had nothing, I knew there was something important about this work.”
Today, she’s inspired thousands through her story and her unique method—what she calls “permission-based vocal release.”
A Defining Moment in Greece
Her breakthrough came while attending a yoga teacher training in Greece. She asked the group if she could lead a song circle.
“All 35 people started singing. The room erupted with emotion. People cried, hugged, thanked me. They felt seen, safe, and free.”
That moment showed her the power of communal singing—and set her path in stone.
Building a Legacy of Liberation
Her upcoming book, Being Too Much, is set to release in fall 2025. It’s part journal, part spiritual guide, and entirely dedicated to self-expression.
“Our voice is a healing instrument. That’s the message I want echoing around the world.”
And the big goal?
“Guiding stadiums full of people into song. Global voice activation. Mass connection through expression.”
