Jaye Sanatra Has Had Quite An Impressive Year

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jaye Sanatra.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

I’m Jaye Sanatra; rapper, singer, producer, and also Founder of Beautiful Music Empire. We’re an independent Record Label/Entertainment company striving to become one of the leading independent entity’s in the music industry. I’m originally from Durham, North Carolina. The conception of our Label began in Durham at Playground Studios which was our primary location for recording and business at the time. I’ve always been pretty much hands on and involved in every aspect of creating my art as well as the business side of things, at the time I was unable to secure a reasonable deal that would be beneficial for me in the long term, and I’ve always been self sufficient and self driven so I started my own company.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

Entrepreneurship itself is a bit of a challenge. You learn through trial and error. There’s a lot of highs and lows, peaks and valleys, good days and bad ones. I’ve experienced a few financial losses, but you have to spend money in order to make money, and it’s not guaranteed that you’ll re-coup that money. So it’s all a risk, it’s a big gamble.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

We don’t really aim to be in competition with other companies, it’s not a competitive thing for me. We just want to continue delivering great content and give people some great music to live with.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Have faith in your own abilities. Never seek validation from others. As long as you’re aware of the talents and gifts that you possess, that’s all that matters. The most valuable asset you can attain is self belief. Believe in yourself even if you feel as if no one else does. Plan, plot, and strategize. Always be honest, and always strive to navigate with integrity. Never compromise your principles or character. My entrepreneurial spirit and strong moral compass guide me through these endeavors and always will.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success can’t be quantified by accomplishments or materialistic possessions. I believe the meaning of success is happiness. Once you attain happiness & inner peace, you have everything you’ll ever need.

What’s next for you?

I have a new artist by the name of Tamy Stevens, she’s an incredible singer, rapper, songwriter, and producer from Newburgh, New York. She’s currently working her new project. We’re aiming to release some new music from her by the end of the year or in the first quarter of 2022. Her music is amazing so I’m excited about that. I’m also working on a new album that’s different from any of my previous albums. This new album is all singing, all of my older albums are predominately Rap/Hip-Hop albums, and I’ve really been experimenting with my sound and exploring other creative areas, and i’m really enjoying it. There’s also a few other artists on our roster that we’re gonna began pushing within the next 3-6 months.

Finally, how can people connect with you if they want to learn more?
