Rising from Life’s Crossroads
When everything around her changed—health, marriage, and even identity—Kristine Chilton chose transformation over defeat. As a Women’s Healing and Empowerment Coach and founder of I Will Find Joy, she turned adversity into a calling: helping others find strength through reinvention.
“Life forced me to start over,” she says. “But I realized I could use my story to help women rebuild their lives after pain, grief, or major change.”
Her Facebook page, I Will Find Joy, became the cornerstone of her brand—a community born from empathy and a shared desire to heal.
The Courage to Begin Again
Kristine’s journey wasn’t instant. “Building something meaningful takes time,” she shares. “I made mistakes, struggled with direction, and had to learn the tech side from scratch. But every step taught me something valuable.”
Her mindset shifted after joining Speakerpreneur and working with coach Akbar Sheikh. “That was when I decided to stop playing small,” she says. “Action builds belief. Each move forward created momentum I never imagined possible.”
What She Teaches Others
“Your story matters,” Kristine insists. “Learn to celebrate small wins. Don’t wait for validation—create it. The strength to keep going often comes from remembering why you began.”
Her message—rooted in emotional intelligence—has made her a go-to voice for women navigating personal reinvention, burnout recovery, and purpose discovery.
A Future Fueled by Faith and Joy
As I Will Find Joy continues to evolve, Chilton is focused on deepening connection—not just expanding reach. Alongside her content, speaking, and podcasting work, she is intentionally building the foundation for a future community-centered offering designed to support women seeking healing, clarity, and meaningful connection during life transitions.
While details are still unfolding, the vision is clear: a space where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward—together.
Through IWillFindJoy.com, her social platforms @iwillfindjoy_ and Facebook: I Will Find Joy, and the I Will Find Joy Podcast—available on Amazon Music, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Podbean—she continues to guide others toward hope.
“You don’t find joy by escaping pain,” she says. “You find it by choosing to keep your heart open.”
